Screechsnap adalah tanaman ajaib dengan

berlebihandi tempat bibit Screechsnap, yang membuat
mereka menggeliat dan mencicit karena iritasi.
>SNARGALUFF:
Snargaluff adalah tanaman seperti bonggol yang
keriput, tetapi ketikadidekati, akan menyerupai anggur
berduri, yang berbahaya dan akan menyerang
pengganggu tersebut. Sebagai akibatnya, biasanya
lebih baex ditangani oleh lebih dari satu
orang.Tanaman ini berisi polong yang mana, berdenyut
dan berwarna kehijauan sebesar anggur. Polong ini
harus di belah dan isinya, yang menyerupai umbi hijau
pucat, dikumpulkan dalam mangkuk. Pada tahun ke
enam, murid kelas Herbologi belajar untuk mengambil
buah tersebut. Keluarga Lovegood menanam beberapa
snargaluff di kebun mereka.
Selama Pertempuran Hogwarts, Profesor Sprout dan
siswa lain dari Hogwarts juga menggunakan polong
Snargaluff sebagai senjata melawan para Pelahap
Maut.
