It doesn't seem to be a specific presentation directed at Yahoo itself, but a presentation directed at shareholders, i.e. people who have stock in the company. Investors, Wall Street people, etc. There's a lot of jargon that even I can't make sense of entirely, but if I'm correct, the presentation only mentioned Tumblr in passing a few times and it was to help strengthen/prove their point that the current CEO, Marissa Meyers, is doing a poor job managing the company in general. This particular presentation recommended that they sell their acquisitions that aren't doing well or benefiting them. I didn't see anything at all saying that they were going to close down Tumblr, or anything else, for that matter.
