What do you think the statue is meant to symbolize? How do you think the soldiers who raised the flag at Iwo Jima felt at that moment.? How do you feel about those soldiers??
I think it was to show the bravery and sacrifices of the soldiers who fought. Also, I would think that they felt pretty great after all those deaths and about 20.000 people wounded i think they were happy if was finally over and that they had won. I have a lot of respect and admiration for those soldiers and their incredible bravery.

When people celebrate the Fourth of July, what do you think they should be celebrating?
our independents and freedom that people died in war for us to have that freedom.

What do you think motivates people to serve in the armed forces? What kinds of sacrifices do they make in order to serve their country? Some people love to help our country and want to protect it.
They make sacrifices like being away from their families, risking their lives, and enduring physical and emotional hardships.
What message would you like to give to the men and women who serve in the military?
I want to say thanks so very much for protecting our country and I know it's a hard thing to do but I really look up to everyone in the military and I plan to try and join when I'm older because you guys do a lot of work and sometimes is really unappreciated by some people but people like that are just sick in my opinion just know you guys have support from a lot of people including me.
What are some ways people sacrifice for their country other than joining the military?
People can sacrifice for their country in various ways, like doing volunteering work ou having any healthcare job or like firefighters and non-racial police officers.
• Is there a cause that you think is worth great sacrifice?
Any cause that promotes equality, justice, and the well-being of others is worth great sacrifice in my opinion. It's inspiring to see individuals dedicate themselves to making a positive impact in the world.
