the voice becomes deeper- it becomes deeper because during puberty the larynx grow larger and thicker and the vocal cords grow longer and thicker and People with a larger Adam’s apple tend to have a deeper voice.

The adam's apple become bigger-Some people have larger Adam’s apples than others. This is because some people develop more cartilage around there vocal cords, or they have much larger voice box than the others.Once puberty hits, the larynx grows in size and gains more cartilage to protect the vocal chords

The shoulder becomes wider than the hips-If your shoulders are wider than your hips, you might have what is commonly referred as the "wedge" or "inverted triangle" body type. This body type is charactirized by broad shoulders, an undefined waist etc.

Hair grows on face,body and the public area- Hair growth on the face,body and public area is primarily due to hormonal changes during puberty it act as protective buffer these changes can lead to growth hair such us chest back and limbs.

>The skin on the upper arms and thighs become rough- The roughness of the skin og the upper arms and thighs can attributed to a condition called keratosis pilaris it is a harmless condition that causes dry,rough patches and tiny bumps often on the uppper arms and thighs the condition usually dissapears at the age of 30.
