I apologise for the inconvenience Jessica, I have raise with concern department to conduct a search your parcel team will investigate and your parcel out for delivery with in 48 hours I would request to you please keep an eye on tracking once the parcel out for delivery tracking will be updated if not, i would suggest you to contact your seller for further assistance.

* Delivered handed- I have gone through the parcel details and found that your parcel was delivered 15 Sep at 12:12and it was handed to(Raj). According to Sat-Nav, the driver was a bit far from to locate, I could be possible that the driver has faced possible network challenged. Have you checked your parcel with you neighbour, in your all safe place, and with your family member?
