Kusto Group Topaz Investments Malta Limited has been granted permission by the Communications Commission to acquire 38.2353 percent in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, the beneficial owners of Silknet.
Topaz Investments (Malta Limited) is Erkin Tatishev. He is a long-standing partner of the Silk Road Group.
If the transaction is successful and the transaction goes through, the share distribution for Silknet beneficial owners may change. Daniel Kunin Kusto Group Giorgi Ramishvili will lose share , and will get an equal share of the transaction along with Yerkin Tatishev.
