Rangkuman Cryptology
Cryptology dibagi menjadi 2 (dua) yaitu Cryptografi dan Crypnalisis. Cryptografi adalah cara (sistem, metode) yang mengolah tata tulisan dalam berita sehingga menjadi tata tulisan yg berlainan & tidak bermakna sedangkan Crypnalisis adalah usaha mendapatkan teks terang dari suatu teks sandi yang tidak diketahui sistem serta kunci-kunci-nya.
Cryptografi
- Caesar
Caesar biasa disebut dengan sandi geser karena cara penggunaanya dg bergeser. Sandi yang satu ini merupakan sandi yang paling sederhana dan paling terkenal. Dalam cryptografi, saya menyebutnya ENCRYPT. Ini merupakan bahasa sandi atau lebih mudahnya tulisan yang tidak terbaca (bentuk code). Caesar diikuti oleh angka. Angka disini merupakan suatu langkah bergesernya huruf, untuk mempermudahkan menggunakan sandi caesar terdapat diagram dan tabel. Di tabel terdapat huruf alphabet yang terletak di atas disebut Descrypt dan yg bawah Encrypt. Descrypt adalah pesan yang akan disampaikan.
contoh:
DEATH - 3
Geser masing masing huruf ini kearah kanan sebanyak 3 kali. Misal D bergeser 3 langkah ke kanan menjadi G"
D = E F G
G adalah langkah ke 3
Begitu pun seterusnya sampai dengan huruf H dalam kata "DEATH" dan akan didapat sebuah encrypt GHDWK.
Angka pergeseran tidak selalu harus 3. Bisa saja 1-26 sesuai dengan alfabet
- N Code
n code hampir mirip dengan caesar hanya saja N Code punya cara lain dari Caesar. N Code menggunakan angka pergesar yg berbeda setiap hurufnya.

1 2 3 4 5
D bergeser kekanan 1 langkah
E bergeser kekanan 2 langkah
A bergeser kekanan 3 langkah
dan seterusnya
akan didapat encrypt
D : E
E : G
A : D
dan setrusnya sampai didapat EGDXM
Untuk membedakan caesar dan n code adalah caesar memakai angka yang sama di setiap hurufnya, sedangkan N Code memakai angka yang berbeda di setiap hurufnya
