This agreement shall commence on the date it has been signed by both parties, the Client and the Company.
End Date:

The agreement will remain in effect until the successful resolution of the case and the completion of the refund procedure. Upon the successful recovery of the client's funds and the payment of fees, this agreement will automatically terminate.

Fees Payment and Termination:

The Client agrees to pay the Company's fees promptly upon successful recovery of the funds. The fees amount to 100% of the refunded sum. An invoice detailing the fees will be provided to the Client as soon as the refund procedure is successfully completed.
Renewal Option:

There is no specific renewal option outlined in this agreement, as the agreement is tied directly to the successful resolution of the case. If additional services are required beyond the initial resolution, a separate agreement may be negotiated between the parties.
