Hello and goodmorning to all of the parents we have here. I only have one question for all of you, do you ever feel like you can't seem to understand your Gen Z children? Well as a proud member of Gen Z myself, i'm here to give you a little insight into our world.

First of all i'm Elrhina Mhae G. Flores born on September 7 2007, certified member of the Gen Z. Now, i get it. As parents, it was pretty tough to keep up with all the things that your children doing.

One of the thing that is very important to us Gen Z is the social justice. We deeply care about making a big big impact into our society, to the world rather, and standing up for what we belive in. Whether it is political issues, LGBTQ+ rights, Human rights and many more , because we are not afraid to use our voice to make a difference.

And last but not the least, we make our education and career in a very unique way. We value our flexibility, creativity, and the purpose of our work, and we are not afraid to take a risk when it comes to the things that will help and make us happy but we can't take a risk on confessing to our crushes because we are scared of rejection. We want to make our own path by just choosing our own carrer and make sure that they will align with our values and priorities.

So, parents, I hope that this little insight in our generation called "GEN Z" has been helpful for you. Older generation are able to provide new one a experience and knowledge while new generations are able to change and make the world a better place for everyone. 'THANK YOU'
