How to Recall an Email in Outlook 2007
When you're in the midst of sending an email and realize you've made a mistake within the message content or recipients, you can recall the message to correct the error. Recalled messages will disappear from the recipient's inbox (unless they were unread). You can also choose to delete unread copies of this message and replace with a new message. If you enable the "Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient option," you'll receive an email in your Inbox to confirm whether recall has been successful or not.

Open Outlook and select the Sent Items folder. unsend an email in outlook Select a sent message that contains an error and double-click it. The message opens in a separate window. In the Message tab's Actions group, click Recall This Message. If you're recalling a read message, be sure to select the Delete unread copies and replace with a new message option to ensure that all recipients will get the replacement message instead of a notification asking them to recall the original. Recalling a message is only available for a limited time after you send it, usually within ten seconds.
