4- In commercial acts debtors are treated together, but in civil acts debtors can be treated separately. (الديون)
5- Grace period: Both commercial and civil acts debts can be given a period of time to pay. (وقت لدفع الديون)
6- Commercial interest are stronger than civil interests because they are more risky. (يفضل علا الاخر)
