·精囊排泄管与输精管壶腹的末端汇合成射精管

·分为尖，底，体
·临床前列腺肥大通过直肠指诊，扪前列腺沟，此沟消失

·起于膀胱的尿道内口
·终于阴茎头的尿道外口
