Process of calling the bank
1. Put customer on hold
2. Dial the banks number, we will provide number
3. Press 909#
4. Enter merchnat id followed by #
5. Enter agent id followed by #
6. Enter agent PIN followed by #
7. Conference the call
8. Read the Authorization Script. It should be properly answered by customer.
9. After the Authorization is completed, Press # to stop recording
10. Take a note of the Confirmation Number and PIN given by the automated system.
11. Update the Confirmation Number & PIN in CRM.
