I am writing to you to express my frustration with one of your staff members who faultily accused a JD Sports member who was doing their job of protecting the store and a female colleague from an aggressor who looked like he was going to lay hands on her. I am in total shocked that she will exaggerate the situation to a police officer in Woolwich, around 3-4ish time. She was too busy smoking her cigarette/vape near the Shaba hair & Cosmetics shop to have even seen what had happened after the aggressor fell to the ground. It's absolutely disgusting what she did and there's CCTV from the high street, JD Sports, and witnesses to support my case. When i was looking at her from a distance, she was exaggerating her demonstration to the police officer, showing the man with two hands pushing really hard to demonstrate how impactful the push was which wasn't accurate from the JD's CCTV. She pictured a false narrative of the story, absolutely disgusting. A few members of the public even said that her story didn't line up with the event that had occurred in front of JD Sports, 26/10/2023. I and others from the occurring event will be looking to press charges. Because of her actions, we suspect that she lied to the officer to escalate the matter which lead to one of our members to have been arrested for GBH. She should have known better than to run her mouth to matters that she doesn't know too well of. Now, she has a caused an 19 year old boy and the family in so much distress, and trauma that we might not know if they will ever recover from this incident.

I cannot believe that the woman will defame of character to another member of a store on the high street for absolutely no reason. And it disgusts me that this member of yours still holds their position at your company. Santander i believe stands for much more than this and i hope this letter can get her removed from your company.
