Counter Strike Global Offensive 2
Counter strike global offensive 2 is a major improvement over the current game. Valve introduces the wildly popular FPS game to their more modern Source 2 Engine.
Touchstone maps will be subject to minor changes to lighting and readability, while Upgraded maps will get a full overhaul with Source 2's physically-based rendering.

Counter-Strike Global Offensive is the latest installment of the popular Counter-Strike series, and features the same gameplay that has shaped the genre. It was created using Valve's Source 2 engine, and has high-resolution textures, real time lighting, and Physics. It's been updated with a range of new weapons and gameplay elements.
The game has 34 weapons, 19 of which are exclusive to the new version. Many of them are replacements for older weapons, while others have been redesigned with unique roles and properties.
Some of the game's most significant changes focus on the weapons themselves. The SCAR-L was replaced with a new weapon that has a greater range and power, while the AK-128 received an updated barrel to improve accuracy. Other weapons have been modified as well including the M4A1 and sniper rifles.

In addition to the brand new maps The game will include a host of additional new features. Another major modification is the game's Faction system. While the previous edition of the game offered a choice between two factions, Counter-Strike 2 will offer various T and CT models to choose from. The server's design is now based on sub-ticks to update. This means that servers can analyze the world at extremely short intervals like when players move or fire a gun.
Since its release in 2012. CS:GO is one of the most played games on Steam. It has an estimated number of 11 million players per month. It also has a thriving Esports scene, with teams competing in numerous tournaments and leagues. For example the AWP is a great rifle for sniping that kills armoured opponents over the legs easily However, it also has a slow rate of firing and can be expensive. The SCAR-20 is, in contrast, a rifle with high accuracy with a scope, however it takes a long time to reload and could dramatically slow down a player's speed of movement.
The new weapons in CSGO come with some changes to their appearance. The HE weapon, for instance, now explodes more realistically and the smoke from molotov cocktail looks more real. This helps to track players.
Weapons in CS:GO are available to purchase at the designated spawn locations of each team. Players can purchase any weapon in the game including knives and pistols. Each map takes years and sometimes decades of effort to be shaped into the top of competitive first-person shooter design. The maps in reserve and active pools are the most important aspect of the game to master because they will aid you in understanding the game's mechanics better and provide more tools to enjoy playing it.
Mirage is a popular CSGO map in the Active pool that was first introduced back in 2013 by Valve. Mirage is renowned for its good balance between both sides of the battle and high ceilings of skill for teams that want to practice their coordination. The map is also a staple of many esports competitions and major championships in CSGO.
Nuke is the oldest defusal map in CSGO and is a staple of both casual and professional play. The map has been the subject of several revisions over the years, but it remains one of the most strategically complex maps in the game. Its unique layout means that every angle has to be considered and there are more ways to out-maneuver your opponent than on any other map in the game.
Overpass is a newer CSGO map that was launched in the Winter Offensive update in 2013. Since its introduction, Overpass has become an extremely popular map. The map is a bit CT in its slant but that doesn't prevent it from being one of the most popular choices in queues. Another exciting aspect of this map are the canals that flow through it. They add a nice element to the map that makes it stand out from many other CSGO maps that are heavy on long outsides.
Updates
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has been around for ten years however it was in dire need of an update. Valve confirmed today that the Source 2 beta test for CS:GO has been launched. Fans have been waiting for a long time for this test that is limited to. Valve promised that it would be the "largest technological leap for the game" and a revamp of every aspect of the game.
The most prominent change to the game is the switch to Source 2, a graphics engine that provides an experience that is more realistic in its visual. This includes improved lighting, particle systems, and an increased concentration on making bullets more easily discernible from a distance. The move to the new engine implies a redesign of a number of maps, such as reworked versions of Italy and Overpass.
Most importantly, though, Valve's update is designed to improve how the server's architecture and tick rates handle gameplay actions. The switch to a 128-tick servers architecture will improve the responsiveness as well as the graphic quality of the game. Valve says the change is a "remarkable upgrade" that will make CSGO feel more flexible.
Players can anticipate various gameplay improvements in addition to the graphic changes. For example smoke grenades now appear as 3D volumetric objects in the game world, and can be pushed around to temporarily alter the viewlines. Valve also claims that the update to the game's server structure will allow for sub-tick update which will be capable of calculating precise actions between ticks, and provide an easier experience.
The limited test will be only available to select players, based on factors like play time and Steam account standing. Valve notes that any cosmetics you've collected in the current version of CS:GO will be carried over to the new version of the game when it launches later this summer. Esports Insider has reached out to BLAST the largest CS:GO tournament organizer, to determine if it plans to offer an older version of the game to its leagues until the next update is released.
