Bahsediginiz hanimefendi Nazife Aygün herseyden önce benim annemdir. Bir bir evlat bilinci ile her zaman anneme hizmet ettim ve halende hizmet etmek istiyorum. Ayrıca defalarca annemi belcikadaki evimde konaklamasi için çeşitli şekilde girişimler yaptım lakin hem bakmayıp hem de velayetini almamı istemeyen kardeşlerimden ötürü biz bu mahkemeye başvurduk. Mahkemede de ben hakim önünde tekrar dile getirdim.
Hesaplarda da görüldüğü üzere para çekilmiştir,cunki bakımını biz üstlendik ve gereken ne lazımsa o parayla yerine getirdik aynen sizinde şimdi yapacağınız gibi. Bende size soruyorum siz bir vasi olarak annemin parasini ona kullanacağınız gibi doğal olarak bende çektim ve anneme kullandım.
Sizin kişisel kanaatiniz hangi yönde olursa olsun ben annem için kullandığım bir parayi neden tekrar odiyeyim.
Bu durumda size verebileceğim tek çözüm önerisi şu olabilir. Madem tüm hesaplar sizde gerekli şikayetlerinizi gerekli makamlara yapabilirsiniz. Ben o makamlara ifademi gönül rahatlığı ile verebilirim. Ama sizin kanaatiniz yönünde hareket edip,yapmadığım bir haksızlığı kabul etmemi beklemeniz çok gereksiz bir davranış olur.
