Yes E) NoETC Tiger requests approval for access to an area where sediment flowed outside of the north boundary of the certificatedproject footprint following torrential rains that occurred on the evening of April 26th. The area is roughly triangular and isapproximately ZOO-feet-long and varies between 5- and 35-feet-wide with the narrower portion near the ROW. The sediment isbound by the southeast roadside ditch of Wardlaw Road and did not reach the extension of Wetland N4. See attached drawingfor approximate location.Variance Justification:An exceptionally heavy rainfall (approximately 3‘5 inches over 12 hours) caused heavy water/sediment movement across theproject site. Sediment flowed outside the certificated boundary to the Wardlaw Road roadside ditch, and north into an area ofupland pines. ETC Tiger has receiVed landowner approval for sediment removal and potential tree clearing, and has agreed topay damages to the landowner for any tree clearing required.
