slide2: these are the team members once again and these are their responsibilities abdalla ahmed has leadership skills and can manage the team and ensure the project's success ​mohammed omar is responsible for keeping track of the cost making sure we don’t go over the budget​ zayed ahmed is responsible for the marketing and distribution of the product and finally mohamed husain is going to make sure that the manufacturing of the prototype is on track and that the safety requirements are met​

slide9: this is our risk assesment these are some of the possible hazards for our project the first hazard is lose wires some of the risks of lose wires include Slips, trips and falls our control measure for this hazard is to maintain a safe and tidy working environment the second hazard is the use of hand tools the risks invloved are cuts abrasions and bruises our control measure for this hazard is to use PPE and to always have a supervisor present the final hazard is electricity the possible risks include burns and fire our control measure is to always inspect and check fire extinguishers

slide10: the material needed for this project are the following a frame a motor a conveyor belt a skimming material and a power source the total cost for these material is around 600 dirhams and we chose our supplier to be amazon

slide11: this is our feasability plan our project is viable because 1) our idea is simple and can be made easily 2) because its not too expensive and we have the budget 3) because we can implement this idea in real life 4) because it will enhance the cleanliness of many bodies of water
