Keterangan : Makhluk penjaga penjara Azkaban. Panjangnya sekitar 2 sampai 3 meter, dan memakai kerudung hitam. Dementor sering kali memberi sebuah kecupan. Yang berarti kecupan tersebut bisa mengambil jiwa atau semua kesenangan yang ada pada orang tersebut. Seperti yang telah diketahui bahwa demetor bisa menyebabkan kesedihan dan hilangnya semua kegembiraan. Oleh karena itu untuk menghadapinya kita haruslah mempunyai kebahagiaan yang cukup kumudian di gabungkan dengan mantra Patronouns.
