Bread:
1) husk free grain onto quern stone
2) small stone, rub graind back and forth on quern stone.
3) scoop crushed grains. Repeat this process. Flour made.
4) Add water to flower. Add yeast (for flavor). Kneed, until smooth and shiny.
5)form into loaf. leave in warm place to rise for a couple hours. Kneed once more, ready for baking.
heat up dense flatstone over fire. Heat will cook it through. Check for burning.
6) sprinkle floru on stone to prevent sticking. (BEFORE)
Wool:
Need Whorl (rocks, hole in middle).
1) place stone on flat surface. Make dimple in middle. Sand in dimple place.
2) drill through bow string. Place bearing piece on top (rock). Bow motions, saw. The sand will need to be replenished. Continue for hours, goal = hole through stone.
3) Slide wholr, make it stuck on thicker part. must be tight fit. Notch = stick, whorl = rock with hole.
4) Tie prev spun yarn at top, loop it to rock at bottom at a angle.
5)Join fibres from yarn-wool.
6)Spin clockwise. Hold Join firmly.
7) Use fleece (feather?) Run wool up it, and it will be yarn (I guess).
8) When full, unwind. Bulk of yarn should be at base.
