Coming up with a communication plan with Raine so that I can understand her ways of working and how she prepares to organise her week as it could be completely different to Benji's ways of work
- Finding out her diary priorities
- The specific roles in her team and having some introductions with them
-Weekly 1:1 with her
Objectives with Benji:
- Finding out if there's courses I can go on for learning and development that he would recommend and if there's anything in our new communication system that he's not happy with or think could do with some improvement
Other objectives:
- Building a stronger relation with my team and getting to know them on more of a friend level so that I have a better understanding of them as people instead of just their roles
- Better understanding on projects going on with my team i.e Investco which is what Benji is working on (I've set up some time with him for him to help me understand and have more info on it)
- Keeping on top of expenses and not being reluctant to speaking to Benji myself about some of them
- Being open to taking on raising PO to help me become more independent doing them
Induction ideas:
- Setting up 1:1 with the team, alongside an initial one with me and everything I've covered so far
- Weekly 1:1 with me in case one or the other has missed anything or wants to discuss anything
- Getting to know them on a personal level especially as we'll be working closely together
- Finding out their ways of working and if it's similar to mine, if not, how can we adapt to each others preferences and coming up with a joint to-do list canvas
Having a look at the academy and see what training is on there for her 2nd week so she isn't bored:
- Get more assertive
- Generalised anxiety disorder (If she suffers from it)
- Managing ADHD at work
- Social anxiety disorder
- Managing stress
- Working together to achieve more
- Defining strengths
