1. Beda pendapat memiliki segi positif dan negatif. Jika positif jika dalam suatu rapat setiapa anggota memiliki pendapat yg berbeda beda. Kita bisa menggabungkannya dan mendapatkan ide yg cemerlang keren dan rangka. Jika Negatif jika ada yg kukuh bahwa pendapatnya benar maka bisa menimbulkan kericuhan
2. 1.Punya kompetensi
Maksudnya, kalau Anda memahami ilmu komputer, bolehlah Anda berpendapat. Kalau Anda memahami psikologi, bolehlah Anda berpendapat. Kalau Anda memahami ilmu logika, bolehlah Anda berpendapat. Tentunya faham benar-benar. Bukan faham sedikit-sedikit saja.Artinya, Anda harus punya kompetensi.
2.Bukti kompetensi
Merasa punya kompetensi saja tidak cukup. Anda harus punya bukti kompetensi. Misalnya karya-karya berupa artikel-ertikel atau berupa buku-buku karya Anda.
3.Mampu memahami maksud pendapat orang lain
Walaupun Anda punya kompetensi, punya bukti kompetensi, maka Andapun harus mampu memahami apa maksud pendapat orang lain
3. Lihat lihat dulu bagaimana pendapatnya, jika pendapatnya baik dan membawa keuntungan bagi semua kita bisa mengambilnya dan mempertimbangkannya. Jika hanya memihak salah satu kita tidak terima saja

5. Saya pernah menjadi pelaku beda pendapat. Saat iti sedang rapat untuk DN disekolah saya untuk menentukan tema, dan saya mengeluarkan apa yg saya pikirkan. Tidak hanya asal asalan tanpa ada sebuah alasan kenapa saya mengeluarkan pendalat itu tetapi ada alasan dibalik saya mengajukan pendapat saya
