/me As always when Berwald was outside, Peter tended to be too, and today was not different from any other. The young cervitaur had not been with his surrogate father for long, but he'd adjusted quite easily to the centaur after a few months of being in his care. The change had been a struggle for him at first as he clung to the memories of what little he remembered about his mother, but as Peter grew those memories disappeared to be replaced with the happier memories he now had of Berwald. He'd been lucky to have the centaur stumble upon him in the first place when he lay abandoned in the grass without a clue of where his mother had gone in the first place. The man took him in without a second of thought about it, and Peter found himself once again in a loving home. Now, he stood next to the very same centaur as he watched him work with a pair of curious blue eyes. There was not a single time where Peter hadn't been amazed by what Berwald would make, and he got lost watching him when he was starting to get so close to finishing as he was now.
