On the Server Manager window select Local Server on the left menu disable IE Enhanced Security Configuration from the list.
Also remember to go to the Power Options select the High Performance mode and set Turn off Display to Never.
Now go ahead and install BlueStacks and GameBot, and.. well enjoy :).
And I would also recommend you to install TeamViewer to remotely monitor and control your VPS from anywhere.
