Are usually safest distance from a 5G cell Structure?
If you've ever been through a town, you may have seen tiny 5G cell towers on street light poles. They look like small boxes however they're actually sending wireless signals from cellular providers to your phone.

They are replacing the larger built cell towers. While they're less noticeable however, they could cause issues for users.
It is the Federal Communications Commission's Radiation Exposure Thresholds

The FCC's Radiation Exposure Thresholds define the safe limit at which a person can be exposed to electromagnetic energy from wireless devices. The exposure limits are based upon scientific research which show that the energy of RF can be harmful to human health.

The absorption rate specific (SAR) is an indicator of the amount of radiofrequency energy absorption by tissues. It's usually 1.6 Watts per kilogram calculated over one gram of tissue.

But, since 5g operates at higher frequencies, it has the potential to cause greater energy intensity on the skin and other exposed body parts. This can lead to many possible harms, such as an increase in formation of skin disorders like dermatitis, skin cancer and cataracts.

Because of the potentially negative effects of 5G radiation, PSU has chosen to create a general maximum power density of four mW/cm2 measured on 1cm2, and not to exceed 30 minutes for all 5G services running at 3000 GHz. This limit for localization is in line with the highest SAR spatial-average of 1.6 W/kg averaged over 1 grams of tissues at six GHz.
The FCC's Maximum Exposure Thresholds

If you've ever used a mobile phone, you probably know that the safest location from the tower is at least 400 meters away. This is because the power of transmission from cell towers increases drastically the farther your location from the tower.

Although this may sound like something that's good however, people living in close proximity to towers might be more prone to health issues. For instance, a 2014 study in India discovered that those who lived within 50m from cell towers suffered significant more health issues than those living further far from antennas.

But, the study showed that residents who moved into areas farther away from the cell towers saw their symptoms return to normal within a few days. Other studies have shown that exposure to high amounts of electromagnetic field radiofrequency (EMFs) can cause brain tumors, cancer as well as other health issues.

This is due to the fact that radiofrequency radiation, which is utilized in wireless communications, may penetrate the body's outer layer, the skin. This is important to understand since the skin functions as a protective barrier against mechanical injury, infection caused by pathogenic microorganisms and the entry of harmful substances. Additionally, it is the largest organ of the human body and is accountable for keeping the integrity of the other organs.
The FCC's Minimum Exposure Thresholds for the Minimum Exposure

The FCC's Minimum Exposure Thresholds rely on several assumptions that are not supported by scientific research. safe distance from cell tower include the erroneous assumption that short-term exposures to RF radiation are safe due to minimal absorption into body (i.e. thermal heating of tissue).

http://www.med.alexu.edu.eg/ssc/members/skingrade5/activity/1313510/ does not take into account the deeper penetration of the ELF parts of modulated RF signals as well as the effects on the body of short bursts generated by RF waves that are pulsed. These assumptions do not correspond with the current understanding of biological effects of RF radiation. Therefore they shouldn't be considered for health protection exposure standards.

Furthermore, the ICNIRP and FCC are limiting their maximum radiation limits for local peak SARs that are based on the maximum spatial specific absorption rate (psSAR), which can be described as not a reliable dosimetric instrument to assess the amount of radiation exposure. Particularly, psSAR is inaccurate for frequencies above 6 GHz. In addition, psSAR is not been tested for RF radiation that is exposed to other environmental agents , such as sunlight. The interactions of RF radiations with different environmental agents could result in antagonistic or synergistic results. This would result in an increased risk of negative health consequences. For instance, exposure to RF radiation and sunlight could raise the chance of developing skin cancer, as well as aggravate other skin disorders, such as acne.
