1. What what would you like to see out of the system, in terms of the sponsorship information it can provide.
2. What information from the sponsor would you like visitors to see displayed on the software and what information do you want to make sure they do not see e.g. sponsorship amounts.
a. In addition to this is there any special requirements from the sponsor contracts that have to be fulfilled? For example a contract where a sponsor has a guaranteed logo displayed to visitors at all times on one sign.
3. What are the differences between the bands of sponsorship e.g. Can supporters expect more content to be displayed in exchange for a bigger sponsorship? Do they have any other additional benefits?

4. Would you be happy with the sponsor information being separate from the software, instead being displayed on physical posters so as not to distract from the user experience, or would you prefer us to accommodate for the sponsors in the digital software?
a. If so, do we need to accommodate for any current sponsors?
b. If so, how do we accommodate for the dimensions in the sponsorship agreement?
5. Feedback from a frequent visitor to the park informed us that sponsorship information can detract from the visitor experience. Would you be comfortable to allow the sponsorship information to be hidden until a relevant button is pressed to access said information. (So that only visitors that are interested can see this information.)
6. When displaying sponsorship adverts, are the company colours required to be displayed on the page, or is the style and colouring changed to suit that of the sponsor company?
7. Can each sponsor, sponsor multiple animals at once and can each animal have multiple sponsors? If so is there a priority to how they are displayed in terms of content and order?
8. Will it be required to display any information about sponsorship application and how to apply? e.g. the location in the Zoo where this can be done or a contact number etc.
9. Would you like to have a partition of the software accessible only to staff that allows the storing, editing and arranging of information regarding to the sponsors and their finances, and other information that will not be displayed to visitors?
10. Would it be possible to keep in contact with you throughout the remainder of the project?
