Let's start with the name, which actually was initially an idea for a joke since it was so generic. Nevertheless the community was able to accept it and Steve was confirmed as the official character name in the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft. Steve wears a light blue shirt, jeans and smart-casual shoes to complete the outfit. It isn't the most inventive style, but at least it's colorful.



Steve is one of two skins that the player can choose from. The other is Alex, who has long , orange hair and has a more earthy colour palette. There is a possibility that you will be spawned as one of them when you begin the game. However, it depends on which version you are playing. According to Lego Club Magazine, Steve and Alex are dating. Steve is an expert in mining, alchemy, and building. Alex likes building but prefers to explore and hunt. Perhaps it was their love for building that brought them together.



Statistically, Steve stands at six feet tall and has the strength of an athlete and the speed of an superhuman. He can sneak at 4.7km/h and walks at 15.5km/h and sprints at 20.2km/h. Usain Bolt is faster at 44.72km/h, but Steve can maintain his speed for a long time. Try running at that speed for a couple of minutes. It isn't easy.



Steve's strength is easy to measuresince that he is able to pound through trees and floors and is comfortable running around in a golden armored suit which could weigh in the vicinity of 3,000 kilograms. It's similar to carrying 48 people on your back.



The last but not least the most interesting thing about Minecraft is that its Zombies all appear to be wearing Steve's clothes. There could be many reasons for this. Maybe everyone purchased the same clothes in the same sale. Or, maybe those are the only clothes that are readily available to everyone and that's why everyone dresses the same.



There's another troubling consequence. It's possible that Steve is only the latest in a long line of Steves cloned. When you die in the game you're replaced by an entirely new Steve as the previous one turns into an Zombie, doomed to hunt you down and repeat the cycle. Although it is an idea, it's impossible to disprove.
