When Brown took the win in his NASCAR Xfinity Series first race, it was a politically-motivated, NSFW chant directed at US President Joe Biden.
It has become a popular conversation topic and is it is a means to vent frustration and anger towards Biden in the minds of many Americans. It's been widely used as an anti-Biden chant at rallies for political causes, at college football games and on airplanes.
Bill Posey a Republican congressman from Florida recently ended his remarks in the House by saying, "F--- Joe Biden" which shows that the phrase has been used to express genuine dissatisfaction with the current administration.
