What are examples of a bad leader? A bad leader is someone who is involved in corrupt actions, puts personal needs higher than their followers, and isn’t mature enough to handle responsibilities.
How to become a proper leader? A leader leads their group to success facing all problems and challenges throughout the way. To become a proper leader, they must have lots of leadership skills and experiences. Not just only that, they need to have the qualities of a leader as well. By having all of it, you can lead your group by brainstorming ideas and plans to face all the problems, helping and motivating your followers so that they can do their job even better, become a role model towards your followers, and much more.
For example: A President, a CEO, a King, etc.
What is a Follower: A person who is inside a group or organization that is working in the group in order under the command of the leader for it to achieve its goal. One who accepts guidance, command, or leadership from another person.
For example: Soldiers, employees, students, etc.
What is a Group or Community: It is when two or more people who interact with each other have the same goal or purpose and are willing to achieve it. An assemblage of people gathered or located together.
For example: Organizations, clubs, nations, etc.
