001. Back home
LANA WAS euphoric.
It was the start of her 6th year at Hogwarts- her home. She felt as if she belonged there- more than she did at her in London at least.
"Silas I swear to Merlin, if you continue to hog the chocolate frogs I'll hex you into oblivion!" Cordelia- Lana's best friend bellowed to Silas- the third member of their trio.
"C'mon Cora," Silas winked. "What's with the sour face?"
"I'm fine- it's just you eating like an animal that's putting me off."
"You could never be put off me- I'm irresistible."
"Oh please-"
"Guys." Lana sighed, looking out the window of the compartment. "Can you both please stop bickering so I can focus."
"Focus on what?" Cordelia frowned.
"On the scenery. It's so- so beautiful." She was admiring the green fields and the stunning sun shining in the blue sea that is the sky.
"Why look at the beautiful scenery when you have me to look at." Silas smirked, earning a giggle from the Edwards girl. Silas really was gorgeous to look at- anyone could easily get lost in his hazel eyes and his desirable expression he wore all day everyday, but Lana would have to admit one of his biggest cons was his insufferable ego.
"Silas if you don't-" Cordelia started but sensibly cut off mid sentence when she caught Lana's death stare glaring daggers into her soul. The pair has been inseparable ever since they were sorted into the same house- Ravenclaw.
Abruptly Lana stood, "I'm gonna go use the bathroom."
After smiling her friends goodbye, she gently slid the compartment door open, closing it on her way out. She contemplated actually going to the bathroom or just staying put with her friends, but found herself walking in the complete opposite direction.
The cold breeze from an opened window caressed her rosy, smooth cheeks and elegantly blew her brunette, silky soft hair in sync with the metallic trees dancing in the gentle wind.
There he was.
Beaming with excitement, Lana wasted no time in forcefully pushing the door open. Brown met blue. Lana smirked, this time filled with lust, as she strutted forwards and straddled the brunette boy. He met her gaze with just as much desperation- he leaned further back in his seat to position himself in a more comfortable way.
Immediately, she was pulled by an invisible force into Theodore Nott's ocean eyes, dragging her under taking her oxygen with it. Drowning, she couldn't bring herself back to the surface nor did she ever want to.
She could stay lost in the abyss of his soul forever.
"Did you miss me?" Lana was the first to speak, her cute dimples clear as day.
"Does this answer your question?
Instantaneously, he leaned in with no warning- breathing heavily onto her lips before passionately colliding his onto them. His lips were rougher than the first time they ever kissed, but she didn't mind. Kissing him back with torment, she began to steadily grind her hips on top of him. His dark brown hair was ruffled from the breeze outside, it made him look even more striking.
His veiny hand placed itself on her thigh, pushing up her black, silk robes and skirt. Rubbing her thigh up and down, he stopped, slowly dragging it higher before she snatched it away.
"Nah uh', I'm not fucking you on this train." She giggled.
"Then stop teasing." He continued gliding his hand further.
"Theo." Lana awkwardly laughed. "Later."
He pouted, "But I missed you."
"And I you, but this really isn't the time nor the place- anyone could see or walk in." As much as the make out was lustful, she had no intention of having sex when they'd be at Hogwarts in under 10 minutes. It wasn't like they hadn't had sex already, they'd been seeing each other for two months before school finished for summer- that was enough time. "Is your dorm free tonight?"
"Blaise will be in the common room, as well as probably Pansy and Draco." Theodore Nott gently caressed his hand further up her thigh until he could play with the strap of Lana's thongs. "Dorm will be empty." He smirked at the gasp that escaped her lips.
"Perfect." Lana beamed, giving Theo a teasing kiss as she got up from his lap leaving the compartment with only a flustered Theo inside.
As Lana slid the compartment door open, she turned her head to yet again face him, "6pm- I'll be there." The Ravenclaw smirked.
Making her exit, she was greeted by a familiar blonde boy with cold, heartless, silver eyes whom wore green Slytherin robes.
Draco Malfoy- the boy who's glare could shatter you into oblivion and who's words could stab you dead right through heart.
Draco was known for having no remorse, no sanity and absolutely no emotions- he was also Lana's boyfriends best friend.
"Malfoy."
"Edwards."
"I see this is where Theo snuck off to." Draco peered into the compartment discreetly. Lana observed the two intimidating figures on either side of him: Pansy Parkinson and Blaise Zabini.
When Lana didn't reply, Pansy took it upon herself to continue the conversation. "On a train? What a nasty place to get down to business."
"Oh Pansy." Lana grinned. "Always putting your nose in things that do not concern you."
"You're our best friends girlfriend after all." Blaise mocked, Lana straightened up, crossing her arms.
"What ever did he see in a Ravenclaw like you anyways?" Pansy continued.
"I don't know." Lana glowered daggers into Pansy's eyes. "Why don't you ask him that yourself?
Draco scoffed, "Still the same naive brat I met on the train in first year."
"What" Red hot rage flooded through her veins. "What's that supposed to mean?"
"It means- you're still the same insufferable little fuck who thinks she's worthy."
"And what makes you think you're worthy?" she smirked.
"Go find your friends Edwards."
"No. I wanna know." She furrowed her brows. "What makes you think you're better than me?"
When no one answered, she prodded on. She wasn't going to let them off the hook that easy. If they were valued more than she ever would be she deserved a reason as to why.
"Hmm?" Her eyebrows now raised. " 'Cause your daddy is Lucius Malfoy and you've never had to work for a single thing in your life?" Lana spat but feeling exceedingly pleased with herself when she saw Draco's jaw tense up from the mention of his father.
Cautiously, she glanced down at his clenched up fist. "What? You gonna hit me?"
"You want to say that again?" Pansy scowled, grabbing Draco's arm only to be hit away with anger.
"Bet you're a slut just like you're mother." Draco spat venom from his defensiveness. "Oh yeah- my father has told me all about your mother and the way she sold herself out of desperation."
The words Lana so wanted to let rip wouldn't budge from her vocal cords. She knew when she was at the mere age of 6, her mother lost her job and did anything to survive, she just wished it didn't have to be like that.
She blamed herself, even though she knew it couldn't possibly be her fault that her father died and her mother struggled to make ends meet alone.
Now that's what Charles is for.
Rolling her eyes with disgust, Lana shoved past Draco with force, knocking Pansy to the side as she shook her head in strong annoyance. She wasn't doing this with Draco Malfoy and his minions of all people.
The moment she was out of their reach, she was brought back to Draco's wounding words.
"Bet you're a slut just like your mother."
It hurt. Like a stab to the chest, it hurt.
Superiority was something she'd never experience. She never blamed her mother for the lengths she went to make sure Lana could live her life , but it didn't stop the ache in her heart and the constant voice in her head chanting at her, telling her it was Lana's fault somehow, like she was a burden.
"Pathetic." She muttered under her breath so he couldn't hear. Her brown hazel eyes glossed over, shining from the tears threatening to fall. She wouldn't cry- not over this. So, without hurry, she sauntered back to her friends, trying to pull herself together.
Chuckles and the racket of conversations from the compartments she walked past brought her back to the reality- the reality that she was coming home.
And home she was.
Glancing out the train window to her left, was the scenic, wondrous, magic that is Hogwarts.
"Excited, Lana banana?" Silas mocked with the annoyingly irritating nickname whilst peeking out the door. He obviously caught her smiling to herself.
"You're such a git." Lana laughed like the tears had never been there, brewing beneath her eyes.
"I bet Theo's what's got you all flustered."
There it was again- the urge to jump off the nearest cliff. Suddenly, she was outside that compartment again- feeling severely insulted.
As much as she hated to admit it, she was sensitive. It led to her insecurities within her and Theo's relationship; she'd never be a perfect, ideal image of a girlfriend for a Slytherin like him.
Not in the eyes of his friends anyways.
There'd been multiple occasions where she almost confided in Theo about the way his friends extremely disliked and insulted her, but deep down Theo knew. They never gave her abuse in front of Theo, but he knew the cruelty of their words towards her when he wasn't around.
He couldn't care less; he loved her therefore his friends opinions didn't mean shit to him, but they meant a great deal to her.
"Hey, is everything okay?" Silas' tone was laced with concern. Lana didn't even realise a single tear had delicately fallen down her cheek.
"Yeah." She harshly wiped her hand across her cheek to ger rid of the tear. "Just happy to be back here with you guys."
"Me too, girl." Cordelia came out, throwing Olivia in a much needed hug.
With that Silas flung his arms around the two girls, as they made their way towards the trains exit - ready for their final year at Hogwarts.--------------
THEODORE TOWERED over Lana as he collided his lips with hers in a way that made her feel secure.
"Fuck--" Lana heaved in a breath, Theo held her arms in support, then grabbed a fist full of her soft brunette locks. "I can't--"
"Yes you can." He hummed over her mouth before colliding his lips with hers as he fucked her mercilessly. "Scream for me, Lana."
And she did.
Over and over.
"Theo--" Sweat dripped across her forehead, her hair lay spread out over the cushion as she and Theodore were tangled beneath the sheets. "Yes! Yes! Right there!" She groaned as he hit every right spot.
"C'mon baby, you can take it." His head fell back from pleasure, trying to stifle his moans. "Louder-- Now." He demanded , bringing his finger down to her clit rubbing circles with desperation. He loved the pretty noises she made whilst he took her to heaven in ways no one else could.
Theodore would never get enough of her-- she was the drug he'd never recover from. The high she brought him was better than any drug he'd ever taken because she was his. As he sucked on the sensitive spot on her neck lustfully, he marked her to show everyone that even dared to look at her that she was taken.
His and his only.
Lana reached her hand into his fluffy hair, yanking it as she cried out from the rough thrusts of his cock. He buried himself deeper into her core whilst hiding his face in her neck. A fog of lust clouded Lana's vision while he moved up to yet again explore her mouth, thickening the pace of his thrusts.
She could barely remember her name when he pulled out and hammered back inside her, hitting every perfect spot. Electric sparks formed everywhere on her skin-- she needed him.
"I want to show you how much I care for you, baby." Theo growled, glancing into Lana's deep hazel brown eyes, finding himself getting lost in the dark abyss of her soul.
"I want you to please me first." She smirked in response in an attempt to provoke him to roughen his pace and fuck her raw.
Uncontrollably, she whimpered but they were muffled when their lips smashed together once again, causing her to roll her eyes from the satisfaction his touch always gave her.
He hit all the sensitive parts of her that made her head tilt back with force as she moaned his name repeatedly. The feel of her curves underneath him was heaven, the same went for her feeling the shape of his broad chest against her-- it was all too much.
"Look how good you take it." Theo murmured as he placed one hand on her neck and used the other to lift his emerald sheets slightly so Lana could see him sliding in and out of her. Her breath hitched at his praise, she could feel herself getting close.
"Fuck, Lana--" He thrusted into her pussy rougher and rougher but he was also gentle with her. "I'm going to--" Harshly, he pulled out of her and came all over her stomach. His body shook on top of her as he kissed her passionately.
That was until he parted the kiss, his brows furrowed in confusion. "Did you...?"
"No-- but it's okay." She smiled weakly, gently stroking his cheeks as he stared down at her. "I was close." Without warning, the sheets were yanked off her.
"Spread your legs for me, love." She obeyed. He positioned himself in between her legs as she pulled her knees up, spread and waiting for his next move. "Just relax for me, baby. I'll make you feel so good."
"I don't care if it takes hours-- you will come for me."
She barely had time to process his words before he dove right into her pussy, swirling his tongue in movements he knew she loved. He made sure to gather around all the spots he knew gave her the most euphoria and pleasure.
"That's good, Theo." Her eyes rolled. "That feels so good-- keep doing that." Lana whined, gripping his sheets as she struggled to keep herself and her breathing together.
Forcefully, and with no remorse, she grabbed a fist full of his brown hair and kept squeezing whilst her other hand refused to let go of its death grip on the sheets. His tongue dragged over and around her clit, his technique was immaculate, she could feel her body getting closer and closer to releasing all over his tongue.
Theo continued to fuck her with his mouth, noticing her pants becoming heavier-- he knew she was close too.
"Oh, fuck." She bellowed. "Just like that."
He knew she was about to hit her breaking point. "Go on, come all over my tongue."
His words sent shockwaves through all the fragile and tender parts of her as she came undone. Lana's vision faded to black as she shuddered, feeling trails of fire.
She cherished the way he could make her orgasms feel like a fire pooling low in her abdomen and how his touch made her body splinter in the best possible way.
"Good girl." He leaned down and parted his lips, kissing her with so much gentle affection. Pulling away softly from her, he pulled the duvet over the both of them as he rolled onto his back, now lying next to her.
Lana was comfortable with him, she felt safe. Theo wrapped his arms around her, caressing her into his warm embrace.
"You were so good, baby." He smirked, placing her kiss on top of her head. The scent of lavender and peppermint filled his senses-- Salazar, was he addicted.
"So, are you going to the party in Silas's dorm tonight?" Lana nervously questioned, turning so she was now facing him, he followed this movement.
"You going to be there?" He moved a strand of her hair behind her ear.
"Of course,"
"Then yes, I'm going."
After appreciating each other's touch, Lana left to go to the Ravenclaw common room, then to her dorm to shower and relax for an hour before Silas' party.
-
Lana was sitting alone in her dorm, reading some muggle book her 21 year old brother bought her for her birthday. The only thing she currently had for company was Cordelia's pet rat- Cornelius, whom was perched on her lap, relaxed as she gently stroked her soft fingers along his back.
She couldn't help herself from glancing out the huge, glass, dorm window.
Glamorously, the moon was beaming like a pearl in a black sea, like an eye watching over her in the night when the sun couldn't. She adored how at Hogwarts, before the sun sets and the moon fully reveals itself, she can view the warm orange tinge in the sky alongside the long shadows on the path that the sun casts to say goodbye before it sets, but currently, nature's clock- the full moon- was out in view looking like a crystal ball, lonely, and looking for friends. It was the epitome of Lana.
Yes, she is surrounded by people everywhere she goes, but not once has she ever not been lonely.
Observantly, glimpsing in the distance, she admired the stars that twinkled like lanterns and the scattered moondust surrounding them as well as filling up the black sea that is at this moment in time the sky. The stars magic glow kept flashing as rain began to heavily pour, dripping down the window elegantly.
Swiftly, she swung her head away from the moonlit sky, to face the grand wooden door that had now been violently thrown open by none other than Cordelia, with a nervous looking Luna Lovegood stood by her side.
"Get up." Cordelia ordered, looking her best friend up and down judgementally. "And put something nice on."
"I'm fine in these, thank you." Lana scoffed. She was wearing her Ravenclaw quidditch jumper and a pair of blue pleated bottoms, she didn't feel like making an effort. If it was anyone else she would've chosen to stay in bed and suffocate herself with her pillow, but it was Cora and it was Silas' party.
She couldn't not go.
"We're going out!" Cordelia huffed, running towards Lana in an attempt to yank her out of the blue, cushioned chair she was once settled down on.
"Cora, I know." She stated. "I'm fine in these" Who cares what she wore, at least she was going.
"No, you're not." Cordelia bluntly interrupted. Lana turned to Luna, hoping she'd say anything to back her up.
"I'm sorry, Lana" Luna covered half her face so only Lana could see. "She scares me."
Irritably, Lana crossed her arms over her chest and admitted defeat.
"Give me 10 minutes."*
Lana hurriedly rushed into the bathroom, carrying with her a pair of black jeans and a blue sweater. 5 minutes passed, she was fully clothed and about go back out to her friends, but caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror to her left.
The imagine in front of her was shattered- broken beyond repair. Others saw a perfect figure, pretty face- Lana saw the complete and utter opposite. She visualised herself as a damaged, vulnerable, and weak little girl who couldn't protect herself and would never experience true happiness because she wasn't worthy of it.
What ever did he see in a Ravenclaw like you anyways?
You're still the same insufferable little fuck who thinks she's worthy.
Bet you're a slut just like you're mother.
The way she sold herself out of desperation.
"Lana?" Shocked by the delicate knock on the bathroom door, Lana relaxed at sound of Luna's genuine, comforting voice. "Are you almost done?"
Hastily, Lana wiped the tear that had unexpectedly fallen down her pale cheeks.
"The 10 minutes aren't up yet." She fake laughed.
"Just hurry the fuck up!" Cordelia yelled, getting frustrated.
Exhaustion covered every one of her features, especially the purple bags under her eyes from lack of sleep. Exhaustion from waking up every day having no choice but to plaster this content, carefree, and untroubled facade for everyone else's sakes as well as her own because Merlin knew what her parents would do to her if she showed feebleness- after all she was supposed to be some omniscient, omnipotent witch.
She would find herself waiting- but for what? Of course she was aware of the solitude, penetrating bitter cold, and the substantial weight in the region of her heart, but in some way she hoped- one day- something or someone would save her.
Life isn't black and white. People say you can't just be happy and you can't just be sad- there's a balance, but Lana didn't even know what happiness was. Somehow she still had hope that one day, she would.
Some heroine wasn't coming to drag her up into his arms and destroy all her burdens and take away her pain. Merlin wasn't going to save her, and she certainly couldn't save herself, she was made aware of this from a very young age.
So she did was she did best; hid her dark thoughts behind a glowing smile.
"Finally!" Cordelia beamed, running up to her best friend as she came out the bathroom door. "Everyone's waiting!"
Lana rolled her eyes, "Yeah, yeah."
"You look hot!" Cordelia smirked.
She threw her arm around Lana, giving her a reassuring smile. "It'll be fun, promise."
-
Regret was all Lana felt, regret for coming. Why couldn't she have just put her foot down and said no, she didn't feel like it? Theo would've understood. However, she knew why she couldn't, Cordelia was her favourite person- she couldn't reject her and turn her down, especially when she looked as excited as she did.
Sitting on the sofa of Silas' dorm room who he shared with Roger Davis, she was surrounded by a few people she didn't know the names of, and her worst nightmares. Sat opposite her on the upholstered bench with two blue cushions on it were Silas with his arm draped around a Hufflepuff, whom Lana knew as Aurelia Summers.
The girl was blonde from roots to tip. She looked like she was made to bring golden sunshine and happiness into the world, whereas Lana was like midnight rain in a thunderstorm. To top it all off, her soulful eyes were as bright as a glacier, they brought out her dazzling inner- being. Her honey hair and butter smooth skin proved she was sweet from sun-kissed lips to deep soulful gentleness.
She knew she couldn't compare to that.
A few other Hufflepuffs were scattered around the room, alongside Ravenclaws, but zero Gryffindors- it was probably past their bedtimes. Most people were drinking something. However, Lana couldn't stop herself from tensing up with anxiety as a familiar Slytherin walked in with his friends.
"We heard there's a party." Pansy Parkinson smirked cunningly, alongside her friends: Crabbe, Goyle, Blaise Zabini, Draco Malfoy and-- Theodore Nott.
Of course he would've told his friends about the party.
Lana was too hypnotised with apprehensiveness that she didn't see the other girl strutting behind the group of devious Slytherin's.
Lyra Manon- Lana's first friend at Hogwarts.
At the start of first year, 13 year old, muggle born Lana was exceedingly neurotic and frightened- she had no clue what she was doing. She tried to ask for assistance, she even said please, but the strange man by the train station told her there was no platform 9 and 3/4.
Clueless but terrified, she stood there alone. Ever since her Hogwarts letter came, she'd been in a pure state of shock, but couldn't wait for the moment she got on the train to make her way there. To say her parents had a slightly different reaction would be an understatement- they were enraged. It was as if they were ashamed of her, calling her a freak whenever they had normal parent-child disagreements.
She was completely alone- or so she thought.
"Hello." A bold, loud voice boomed down at her. Lana was so nervous, she could cry.
"Hi." Lana smiled with all she could.
"Are you looking for what I'm looking for?" The other girl murmured discreetly. "Y' know... the platform." She winked.
"Oh!" Lana sighed from relief.
"Follow me." The girl ran, Lana treaded after her. The pair were now facing a plain brick wall.
"My mother told me what to do." She daintily took Lana's hand. "We just run through it."
"Wait! Through the- the wall?" Lana's bambi eyes widened.
"Well.. yeah." The girl obviously sensed Lana's fear because she gave her a sympathetic, reassuring smile to put her at ease. "Do you trust me?"
"I suppose, although we have just-" Before she could finish her sentence, the girl pulled Lana, as they were hand-in-hand, and sprinted towards the wall. As lana was about to scream, the air was stolen from her lungs.
Had they just ran straight through a wall?
"Here you have it- Platform 9 and 3/4!" The girl released Lana's hand, not losing the grin plastered across her face.
"Thank you." Lana grinned like a Cheshire cat, admiring the Hogwarts Express.
"I'm Lyra- Lyra Manon."
"I'm Lana Edwards." Olivia held her hand out again for Lyra to shake- which she did.
The two girls sat together on the train ride to Hogwarts, stuffing their faces with whatever was on the Honey dukes express, which Lyra paid for: Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, Chocolate Frogs, Jelly Slugs, Liquorice Wands, Pumpkin Pasties, and more. Lana was incredibly nauseous by the time she stepped foot into her new magical home of Hogwarts for the first time.
She was certain her and Lyra would be long-lasting friends, but they were just too different it seemed. Lyra was sorted into Slytherin house, Lana at first never understood why because she was so sweet, but now came to learn it was the perfect house for her. Lana was sorted into Ravenclaw, mostly for her intelligent brains, but her and Lyra couldn't stay friends.
Gazing up, Lana caught Lyra's dark, mesmerizing eyes. In their past years at Hogwarts, they were casually catch each other's glances, but this moment of eye contact hurt. It stung because in this second Lana truly realised who Lyra was, she recognized that Lyra really did fit in with Pansy and her friends.
"Edwards." Blaise wandered over. "How's the mother and father?" He sneered.
"Just divine." She sarcastically spat, giving an obvious scornful smile.
"Zabini, if you're just here to start something you can't finish you might as well leave mate." Silas stormed up to Blaise, their chests almost making physical contact.
"Blaise-- back off." Theodore defended, trying to widen the space between Silas and Blaise.
"Or what, Nott?" Blaise mocked with the use of his surname. Lana couldn't speak, it was like all the words she wanted to say that were right on the tip of her tongue were obliviated. All she could do was sit there and watch this play out. "We all know you're with her, but you're also with us-- remember that."
Theodore stayed silent with that.
"Silas." Cordelia rushed over, leniently placing her hand on his shoulder to soften his muscles.
"Can't fight your own battles, can you?" Blaise quarrelled. "Going to let your girlfriend to do that for for?"
"One, I am not his girlfriend." Cordelia stepped forward in warning. "And two, there's no battle to fight." She raised her perfectly shaped eyebrows right in Blaise's face.
"So I suggest you either leave, or be respectful like everyone else here."
"You've always been a little narc." Blaise got even closer- Cordelia could practically feel his breath on her face. "Which is surprising since you're a big whore."
Before she could respond and before Silas could protect Cordelia, Lana drawed her wand out from her jean pocket, holding it right up to Blaise's chest, unison gasps filled the room.
"And what are you planning to do with that Edwards." Blaise glanced down at the wand, which had now made its way underneath his chin. Those eyes of his made him even more insufferable. All eyes were on her, waiting for her next move.
"That's up to you, Zabini." She smugly smiled. "I guess I can't make you leave since this is a party and all, but it's like Cordelia said, you either leave or you do exactly that- party."
"What, you want me to dance for you Edwards? If so, you could've just asked." Blaise seductively smirked. Unexpectedly, Lyra pushed passed Crabbe and Goyle in full confidence. Theo's jaw clenched with anger, he wanted nothing more than to beat Blaise until he was begging for his mercy.
Until he saw her eyes.
They told him it's okay, she understands and doesn't want him to start anything because it would cause more harm than good.
Lana swept her gaze off Theo and back onto Blaise.
"Blaise, you're such a child." Lyra laughed. Lana distinguished her in detail. Her complexion was as exotic as a smooth tone of liquid chocolate against her skin- she was flawless. The crimson tone of her full lips soothed the lusciousness of her beauty alongside the ornamentation of black, full eyelashes that brought out the deep, dark colour of her eyes.
Lyra's liquorice, straight black hair framed her face perfectly- Merlin she was beautiful. Why couldn't she be like that? To anyone else's eye, Lana was far from unattractive, but she couldn't see that for herself.
"Awh, don't be like that Ly." Blaise pouted.
"Quit it with the nickname." She patted him gently on the head- he just continued to smile down at her playfully.
"How about.. we play a game?" Lyra questioned in an attempt to reduce the tension in the room.
"And what do you suggest we play?" Pansy strode forwards, away from Draco who she had been making any excuse to touch. It was pathetic really.
"Well there's plenty of bottles lying around." She sneered.
"Spin the bottle!" The two girls spoke in unison after glaring at each other knowingly. Lana audibly laughed- she just couldn't help herself.
"And what is it that's so funny?" Pansy spat.
"I don't know." She ran her fingers through her soft, currently wavy hair. "Maybe just the whole cliche." She pushed her wand back into her pocket.
"No one said you had to play." Pansy continued. "But what about everyone else?" She gestured to everyone around the room. To Lana's surprise Theodore, whom had not spoken a word in this whole situation, which Lana respected, made his way to stand by her side.
Lana was just grateful no one brought up her mothers prostitution days in front of everyone.
Considerately, Theodore wrapped his arm around the small of her back earning scoffs from his friends, but he didn't care. They knew Lana was his girlfriend-- everyone knew.
"We don't see why not." He grinned down at Lana making sure to send his friends a petty smile.
"Cordelia?" Lyra beamed. "Silas?"
Cordelia questioned Silas with a look as if to say: "You sure you wanna do this?" He sent her a nod. It was his party after all.
"Dray Dray?" Pansy battered her eyelashes in an attempt to flirt.
Draco scoffed but followed Theo, who had interlocked his fingers with Lana's, to the middle of Silas' dorm where everyone was beginning to gather to sit in a circle. Crabbe and Goyle left to go snack out anywhere they could find food. Multiple other people joined the circle; Lana sat in between Theo and Cordelia.
Passing her eyes from Blaise to Pansy, Lana observed Draco. Why was it he always looked so cold? So so bitter, not a hint of warmth under that stern, emotionless stare. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that Pansy's fingers were exquisitely stroking up and down his thigh.
"So, who's going to spin the bottle first?" Blaise probed impatiently.
"Me." Cordelia finally spoke, crawling into the middle of the circle. Her graceful curls cascaded down her back. She wore a plaited crown above her head, leaving the rest of her locks down. Promptly and without hesitation, she spun the bottle.
First and foremost, the green, glass bottle came to a halt, pointing at some random male Hufflepuff with a ginger perm. Observantly, Lana had noticed him around school with a few of his friends to know that the sweet girl perched next to him was his sister, Vanya.
The way they played was if the bottle landed on you, the person who spun the bottle must ask them any question of their choice. After that, the person who was chosen must then spin the bottle, choosing either to spin it once to ask the question, or spin it twice so it lands on two people.
If two people are chosen, they must be locked into a room-alone- for ten minutes. It was twisted.
"So..?" Cordelia frowned.
"Harry." The red head stated.
"Harry." Cordelia mischievously grinned.
"If you had to choose." She laughed mid sentence. "Who would you fuck in this room?" The poor boy was flabbergasted, Lana almost felt bad for him. After about a minute of awkward silence, he answered.
"Hollie." He pointed to the Ravenclaw scratching her head. Lana didn't know her well at all, but would admit from what she did know, Hollie was stunning with her flawless skin and brunette shiny hair.
She just stared, clueless but shocked.
"No chance in hell." Hollie insulted taking a sip of her drink.
"Okay moving on." Cordelia furrowed her eyes in disgust. "Guess you have to spin now Harry."
Still in alarm, Harry stammered for the bottle giving it a weak spin, earning a few judgmental looks. Firstly, it landed on Silas who seemed to love the sound of this, especially when Harry spun it a second time, which Lana guessed was probably because he was too shy to ask a question.
It landed on Pansy.
Seductively, Silas stood up as Pansy followed him into the bathroom, making sure to lock the door behind him. Lana and Cordelia made eye contact, giving each other deep glares of disgust. After the 10 minutes were up, Blaise shot up and banged on the bathroom door to make it known that their time was up. Immediately, Pansy and Silas strutted out the bathroom.
Pansy's once neatly brushed black short hair was now drooped around her pale cheeks, slightly frizzy.
"Looks like you two had fun." Blaise winked. Lana took all it had in her not to gag and by the look on Cordelia's face- she felt the same.
Almost an hour had passed, multiple questions had been asked and a few 10 minute alone times occurred. The bottle hadn't landed on either Cordelia or Lana, but it had landed on Blaise, who had to spent ten minutes alone with a Hufflepuff boy who walked out with a broken nose.
Pansy spun the bottle-- it landed on Theo.
Lana released a pent up breath of relief when Pansy decided against spinning the bottle twice.
"Nott." She tauntingly smirked.
"Parkinson." He mocked her.
"I have a question for you." The tension was strong and filled with a combusting silence, until she spat it out. "What was you doing in your dorm earlier? Y'know when it was locked and you had it all to yourself?" She snarled proudly.
"I was with Lana." He responded without hesitation, tightening his grip on her hand, afraid she'd let go.
"Doing what?" Pansy continued.
"That's two questions." Theo scowled, knowing he'd outsmarted her. "You can only ask one."
Lana couldn't hold back the wave of pink that flooded across her face at the feeling of Theo's thumb stroking up and down her palm-- she loved it.
It was the final spin of the night, and Blaise was the one doing the spinning.
When the bottle came to a halt, it was facing none other than the cold-as-ice, Draco Malfoy.
"Well, there's nothing I don't know about you." Blaise let out an overexaggerated laugh causing Draco to huff from annoyance. Blaise spun a second time.
Time had never felt so slow. The seconds before the bottle landed on Lana were like minutes. She knew her luck was bad that's why she had the gut feeling the world would yet again spite her and cause the bottle to face her with its tormenting look.
Sitting there watching it spin, she couldn't help but fidget with her hair and wrap it around her fingers. She couldn't stop herself from staring dead at the floor before her, refusing to make eye contact with anyone. It was only when she felt the familiar feeling of eyes glaring daggers right at her, did she look up at the bottle.

A/N: Honestly that was my first time writing smut so I'm sorry if it's not great. I promise it will get better as the book develops.
Also y'all although it may seem like it rn, Pansy in this fic isn't obsessed with Draco, she is a lesbian but that isn't seen until further on- I promise it will all make sense eventually.
Reminder that this is a Draco fanfic no matter the stuff with Theodore and honestly I can't wait to write it all.
Please if you read don't be silent readers, lemme know what I can do to make my writing better!
Lots of love,
Els x
A/N: I'm so sorry it's short and not that good, it's because it's the first chapter.
Anyways I promise it will get better at some point when my plot develops.
Lots of love,
Els x
