The zip file contains seven tutorials for introducing Python. Aimed at ages of very approximately 8 to 80. Donutmail Previous programming experience is welcomed but is not required.
Thonny's Simple Mode can be used throughout (and was used in all of the tutorials). Users are encouraged copy-paste-run code fragments and longer programs inside the Shell as well as undertake some coding themselves. This helps to reduce the Typing/Syntax Barrier for less experienced programmers.
This approach allows for more examples of working code that range from simple assignment to demonstrating interface building using tkinter.
There's even multi-threading.
Code is explained for those who would like to know more.
Tutorials 1 through 6 have been rewritten from the original versions that utilized larger font sizes. It is possible to restore them should it be required.
