Augmented reality mobile game Minecraft Earth is shutting down in June the developer Mojang Studios announced this morning.

"Minecraft Earth was created around free movement and collaborative play, two things that have become near impossible in the current climate," the official announcement reads. Teen time "As as a result we have taken the difficult decision of re-allocating our resources to other areas that provide benefit to the Minecraft community and to stop support for Minecraft Earth in June 2021."
A game that is based on exploring the world, it appears Minecraft Earth didn't fare well during the ongoing covid-19 pandemic that has stopped potential players from playing in public. Still, the game won'tbe running smoothly into that great night. A new update, due today, will remove real-money transactions, making it easier to play while being safe inside. Anyone who signs up for Minecraft Earth between now & June 30 will receive a collection of items designed by the character creator.
After June 30, players will no longer be able to download or play Minecraft Earth. Mojang promised to give everyone who paid real money for Minecraft a copy of Minecraft as a token of appreciation.
