Having a democratic leadership.
A strong economy.

England is the largest colonial empire.
And valuable immigrants
Why didn’t the industrial revolution take place in other countries? why england?
In terms of innovation, England was further ahead. The science of ancient empires did not lead to technical innovation. They abolished closed markets, proposed war industry and foreign exchange. Science academies are also important reasons. Mercantilism has also helped modern industry.
Another reason is philosophy. Philosophy has given people some ideas.
