The grid was hard-wired and had a disadvantage in that only one tile or block could be placed in a specific location at a certain time. This was because the coordinate's information would be absorbed by the tile or block, and not the empty data, which is air that was previously present. Minecraft Server List Since the tile absorbed the coordinate's data it is impossible to place more than one torch in the same location as the first. This among other factors actually causes a variety of issues that we will discuss later in the next section.
