Are usually safest distance from a 5G cell Tower system?
If you've ever walked through a town and spotted tiny mini 5G cell towers on the poles of street lights. They look like small boxes however they're actually sending wireless signals from cell phone providers to your mobile.

what is a safe distance from a cell tower are replacing larger built cell towers. While they're less noticeable however, they could create issues for users.
It is the of the FCC's Radiation Exposure Thresholds

The FCC's Radiation Exposure Thresholds define the maximum amount of time an individual can be exposed to electromagnetic radiation from wireless devices. The limits of exposure are based upon scientific research which prove that electromagnetic energy can cause harm to health.

The rate of absorption called the specific absorption rate (SAR) is an indication of the radiofrequency energy taken up by tissues. It's typically 1.6 watts per kilogram, calculated over one gram of tissue.

Since 5g is able to transmit at higher frequencies this could be able to create more energy on the skin and other exposed body areas. This could lead to many potential problems, including an increased appearance of skin disorders like dermatitis, cancer of the skin and cataracts.

Due to the potential for severe effects of 5g radiation, PSU has chosen to create a general maximum power density of four MW/cm2 measured on 1cm2, and never exceeding 30 minutes for all 5G services at 3000 GHz. This localized limit is in accordance with the maximum spatial-average SAR of 1.6 W/kg, which is averaged over 1 g of tissue at 6 GHz.
The FCC's Maximum Exposure Thresholds

In the event that you've used mobile phone, you're probably aware that the safest range from the tower should be at least 400 meters. This is due to the power of transmission from the cell tower is significantly increased the farther the tower is.

While what is a safe distance from a 5g cell tower sounds like a good idea but the truth is that people who live close to towers may actually be more prone to health issues. For safe distance from cell tower , a 2014 study in India found that those living within 50 meters from cell towers suffered significantly more health complaints than those living further distance from them.

But, the study found that people who moved to areas further away from cell towers noticed their symptoms return to normal within a few days. Other studies have shown that exposure to high frequencies of radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs) can cause cancer, brain tumors and other health issues.

This is due to the fact that the RF radiation utilized in wireless communications, can penetrate the human body's outer layer, the skin. This is important to understand because the skin serves as a shield against injuries caused by mechanical forces, infections caused by pathogenic microorganisms and infiltration of toxic substances. Additionally, it is the largest organ of the human body, and is responsible for protecting other organs.
The FCC's Minimum Exposure Thresholds

The FCC's Minimum Exposition Thresholds are based upon many assumptions that aren't supported by scientific research. These include the erroneous belief that short-term exposures RF radiation are safe due to the limited radiation penetration in the human body (i.e. the heating of tissues).

This also overlooks the more extensive penetration of ELF elements of modulated radio signals and the effects of short bursts of heat from pulsed RF waves. These assumptions do not correspond with current understanding of the biological consequences of RF radiation, and thus, they should not be considered for health protection exposure standards.

Furthermore there is the fact that both ICNIRP and FCC are limiting their maximum exposure limits to local peak SARs that are based on the peak spatial specific absorption rate (psSAR) that is not a reliable dosimetric instrument to assess the amount of exposure to radiofrequency radiation. In particular it is inconclusive for frequencies above 6 GHz. Additionally, psSAR hasn't been tested for RF radiation with co-exposure to other environmental agents , such like sunlight. In the event of interactions, RF radiation and other environmental agents may produce synergistic or antagonistic effects. This could result in an increased risk of negative health consequences. For example, co-exposure to RF radiation and sunlight could raise the chance of skin cancer and exacerbate other skin disorders, such as acne.
