Ukrainian Ironbelly atau dikenal dengan naga Perut Besi Ukraina adalah jenis naga terbesar, beratnya bisa mencapai enam ton. Ironbelly adalah naga berkaki dua dengan sayap yang lebar dan besar. Kulitnya berwarna abu-abu keperakan, matanya merah tua, cakarnya amat panjang dan ganas dengan sisik kasar yang dikatakan sekeras baja. Meski berbadan bulat gemuk dan terbangnya lebih lambat dibanding Vipertooth dan Longhorn, Ironbelly sangat berbahaya. Mereka mampu meluluhlantahkkan rumah-rumah. Ironbelly dapat menyemburkan api dengan panas hingga 3560 derajat Fahrenheit, enam belas kali lebih panas dari titik didih air.
Para naga Ironbelly terus-menerus menjadi objek pengamatan pemerintahan sihir Ukraina sejak seekor Ironbelly membawa lari sebuah perahu dari Laut Hitam pada 1799, untungnya perahu itu kosong. Gringotts memelihara naga Ironbelly untuk mengawasi brankas Lestrange, yang kemudian dibebaskan oleh Harry, Ron dan Hermione ketika mereka memasuki lemari besi tersebut.
