Luego te vas a la barra de herramientas, te marque en rojo la herramienta que se usa para cortar. Pero antes te fijas que en la barra de arriba diga 1 pulgada de altura y 1 pulgada de anchura. http://i.imgur.com/PLx4Y5b.png
Luego recortas la imagen como tu desees. http://i.imgur.com/IN5smM2.png le das clik en la fechita y automáticamente se recorta tu imagen. Te aseguras que arriba diga 100%, si tiene otro numero tú puedes componerlo. Eso es muy importante. http://i.imgur.com/atjOnnh.png
Luego de eso te vas donde dice "Imagen" y le das en "tamaño de imagen", http://i.imgur.com/zPzEF9n.png te va a aparecer un cuadrito asi; http://i.imgur.com/I2lyHOH.png Le pones 240 pixeles. Y le das "Ok". Luego de eso, ya tienes el icono. Para ponerle un psd haces esto:
Te vas a "Archivo", luego le das en "Abrir", buscas tu psd y lo selecciones: http://i.imgur.com/m8eeYlS.png le das en abrir.
Para ponerle el psd, arrastras la carpetita que seleccione: http://i.imgur.com/As782Wa.png , arrastras esa carpetita hacia tu icon.
Selecionas tu icon, Deespues te vas a "Filtro", das clik en desenfoque, luego "desenfoque gaussiano", y te va a aparecer un cuadrito. A los icons aveces les ponen 0.5, pero yo le pongo 0.3. http://i.imgur.com/uUwZ0Gf.png Puedes ponerle el que tu quieras, y le das en "ok".
Al final, para guardar tu imagen te vas a "Archivo", "Guardar para web y dispositivos".
http://i.imgur.com/fBO84mI.png y te aseguras que diga lo que marque. 100% de calidad y lo de "JPEG". LO GUARDAS EN LA CARPETA QUE QUIERAS.
