في المحكمة الإدارية العليا
دعوى إلغاء قرار إدارة غير رسمي
أنا (الاسم)، المدعي في هذه الدعوى، أود أن أطلب من المحكمة الإدارية العليا إلغاء القرار الصادر عن إدارة (اسم الإدارة) في (تاريخ القرار)، الذي يتضمن (شرح مختصر للقرار والأسباب التي تؤدي إلى طلب إلغائه).
وبموجب هذا الطلب، أرجو من المحكمة الإدارية العليا النظر في الأسباب التالية:
يتنافى القرار مع القانون الكويتي وليس له أساس قانوني.
القرار يتعارض مع الأحكام الدستورية والقانونية التي تكفل حقوقي وحرياتي.
تم اتخاذ القرار دون تقديم أدلة كافية أو دراسة كاملة للمسألة المطروحة.
القرار يسبب لي ضررًا كبيرًا ويؤثر سلبًا على حقوقي.
بناءً على ما سبق، أرجو من المحكمة الإدارية العليا إلغاء القرار الصادر عن إدارة (اسم الإدارة) في (تاريخ القرار)، وإجبار الإدارة على احترام حقوقي وحرياتي.
وأشير إلى أنني سأتقدم بأدلة إضافية وحجج قانونية أخرى إذا لزم الأمر.
