We continue to invest in cutting edge technology to make our products and services better and to add more value. These investments are expensive, and we need to raise our prices to support this continued improvement to our products and services.
Are you going to raise my prices again?
Price increases are a routine part of our industry. We always notify our customers in advance before we increase prices, and you can check any changes to your bill using the My Account app, your Xfinity.com account.

Aren’t all the fees you charge just ways you hide price increases?
Not at all. The costs we pay to broadcast stations and regional sports networks to deliver their programming to you continues to increase significantly. We base the Broadcast TV and Regional Sports Network Fees on the increasing costs of paying for and obtaining this programming for our customers. We believe showing this detail in bills makes it easier to see what you’re paying for, and also lets us be more transparent about increases in your bill.
Why can’t I just pay for the channels I want?
If we offered channels à la carte, you would end up paying more for less. The model we use to deliver an assortment of channels provides the widest variety of content at the best value.
