This Minecraft Redstone chicken game is truly strange. It's not like we're unused to seeing strange Redstone gadgets; after all, we've seen MS Paint being recreated in the game because of it and even things as awesome as the Ghostbusters theme song however, it doesn't typically involve chickens like this.
Minecraft generally protects chickens, unless you're creating a factory farm to provide food. We're not going to judge you for doing this. It's not a secret that chickens are adorable Minecraft mob, so it's only natural to love watching them being guided through a maze of sorts as part of a game. You'd think it was cute.
Reddit user SGHQ posted a video called "the Somethingmachine #2". We're giving away spoilers since the title hints at suspense. But it's an exciting ride. The game begins by the player putting a leash on a chicken, and then trapping them. From here, they hop on a lift and begin going down, taking the chicken along.
This is where the mini-game is in order to keep the chicken alive and stop it from being squashed or burned while you and the chicken move across the course. It's fun to watch, and it's nice to see the first chicken making it to the bottom after such a perilous journey. What's confusing about this whole gadget is that even if you make it to the bottom, the chicken is shot by two arrows. That's not the victory condition we're trying to achieve here.
