تبعا للظهير رقم 1.92.1 الصادر في 5 ذي الحجة 1412 موافق 17 يونيو 1992 بتنفيذ
القانون 90.25 المتعلق بالتجزنات العقارية و المجموعات السكنية و تقسيم العقار.
وبناءا على الظهير الشريف رقم 1.91 الصادر بتاريخ 15 ذي الحجة موافق 17 يونيو
2 المتعلق بالتعمير.
وبناء على مقتضيات الفصلين 35 و61 من القانون رقم 90 /25 المتعلق بالتجزئات
العقارية والمجموعات السكنية وتقسيم العقارات .
ه بناء على طلب من السيد لحسن البردكي قصد الإدلاء بهالدى العدول .
الفصل الأول: إن القطعة الأرضية الواقعة يما الكوارث المشاعلة جماعة العوامة مساحتها تحويلة
حسب احصاء متروك عدد 263 صحيفة 277 النركات رقم 51 بتاريخ 2004/11/19و١

الفصل الثاني : لا تدخل هده العملية في نطاق تطبيق القانون 61-35 من القانون رقم 25/90 المتعلق
بالتجزئات العقارية والمجموعات السكنية وتقسيم العقارات .
الفصل الثالث : إن حقوق الغير والإدارة تبقى محفوفة
سلمت هده الشهادة بطلب من السيد لحسن البردكي قصد الإدلاء بها لدى العدول مرة واحدة
