Braveness, Empathy And Compassion In A Time Of Crises
A leader is anyone who takes accountability for recognizing the potential in individuals and ideas, and has the courage to develop that potential. When we dare to lead, we don’t faux to have the right answers; we keep curious and ask the proper questions. We don’t see power as finite and hoard it; we all know that power turns into infinite after we share it with others. We don’t avoid troublesome conversations and conditions; we lean into vulnerability when it’s necessary to do good work. But daring leadership in a tradition outlined by shortage, fear, and uncertainty requires skill-building round traits that are deeply and uniquely human.

The MOR Foundation was founded in 2019 by a young 16-year-old, Eryquin Ferguson, who felt a deep connection to her neighborhood and knew that her complete life had ready her for initiating long run solutions.
