Consumer loan: it is calculated daily, can be ended if the customer pay it immediately.
Commercial: it is precalculated, no changes if customer pay it.

Verification process.

If cust is the one calling, ask name, date of birth and registration number.
if cust is not the one calling, ask how are they related to customer, position, contact number, first and last name, contract start date, vehicle registration and installment due date.


Beam: system used.
Dms: used if cust ask for an additional doc for their contract.
Lump sum or balloon, residual value or contract value.
Payout quote: A document that shows how much should cust should pay to finalize the loan.
Payment schedule: An overview of the customer's payments.
Corporate waiver:

contract, registration number, phone number or vin aka chasi or their name. if cust forgot their details when they registered.

contra: where a line of credit is used by settlements that is owed by the dealer to payout a contract. refinancing

if cust ask if they can finalize a loan? yes you can finalize it early, all we need to do is generate a payout quote that will show how much you would have to pay.
