Did you capture the American Idol finals last year between Taylor Hicks and Catherine What's Her Name? The one with the finest voice?

I'm gon na inform you a secret, something nobody ever informs business owners. It's not about being the very best! It never was. Yet a lot of entrepreneurs squander their money and time bragging about being the very best. "We offer the best doohickeys ..." "We offer the best client service ..." '

It's dopey to extol being the best! Why? 'Cause
1. Everyone states it.
2. It's probably not real.
3. We don't think you anyway
However don't fret about it, 'cause
4. We're not always looking for the very best.

Take a look at vocalists. The most popular. The most liked. Are they the best? Rod Stewart's what, 92? And still producing hit albums! https://noonoo.site/ "Do You Think I'm Sexy?" No Rod. I do not. Not 30 years back when the song came out and definitely not now. But in some way a geriatric Rod got to wiggle his assets on American Idol along with Taylor Hicks! Bad Catherine is doing a lame cameos on Ugly Betty.

The "It" Factor
In showbiz, there's an expression "You've got 'it'." What's "it"?

The reason they call it "it" is because it's difficult to put it into words. It's got something to do with charm, magnetism, the power to hold an audience and draw in. Honestly, Rod Stewart never did it for me, but Elvis absolutely had "it".

Access Your Inner Elvis
I just saw a motion picture about Elvis' life. Why are individuals so amazed by Elvis? Due to the fact that a character that big never ever dies.

Why was the man such a star? Was it his look, his personality, his voice, his music? It's most likely all of those things-- together with this wonderful thing called "it", but even with Elvis, it took him a while to find his inner "it".

In the motion picture, a docu-drama (or shlock-u-drama), Elvis walks into Sun Records, a small Memphis recording studio, to sing for Sam Phillips. Elvis sings like Bill Monroe; he sings like Bing Crosby; he sings like the other day's news.

It wasn't a quickie, even for Elvis, to discover his initial voice. However he kept at it and Phillips kept pressing him. Ultimately he did discover it. And the rest is history!

What's this got to finish with entrepreneurs? Whatever!

You got ta discover your initial voice. You got ta dig beyond the normal. You got ta find your service' character and then you need to show it. You got ta gain access to your Inner Elvis!

Do that and view your star shine.
