-By the fourth century AD, a great turning point came in Christian history.
-In AD 306, Constantine I became the Roman emperor.
-In AD 312, before a battle for control, he had a vision of a Christian cross.
-In AD 380, Emperor Theodosius made Christianity the official religion of Rome.
