Paragraph 2:
sentence 1/2 -RTE or RTÉ? You used one in each.
"...where Innovation and experimentation..." Is "Innovation" supposed to be capitalized here?
~Side note: "encouraged and mentored" might sound better as "mentored and encouraged". Just a personal preference.
Paragraph 3:
During his presentation at ---- Film Festival Interaction@---- (COMMA)
Glen highlighted the key challenge of how smartphones are (NOT ONLY) disrupting
traditional production technology but also how this is an opportunity
for more people to get involved in the changing world of transmedia.
Paragraph 4:
Traditionally (COMMA) the average person would not be able to afford cameras
and equipment suitable for shooting high quality footage (PERIOD AND START ANOTHER SENTENCE). A mobile
phone wasn't capable of this at the time.
"...recording moments in resolution (THAT IS -sounds nicer) four times..."
" If everyone can do something (COMMA) then it's not as special."
" ...without (SPENDING) a lot of money." <again, just sounds better.
Paragraph 5:
Not an error, but using "a lot" too much sounds unprofessional, try other phrases, like "quite a lot/bit" "excessively" (if you think it was /too/ much, "repeatedly", or "much".
"Glen repeatedly mentioned immersive 360° video and oculus rift" <just a suggestion
For most people (COMMA) this is a challenge as 360°cameras are expensive and hard to use.
Paragraph 6:
Again with the use of "a lot"
Again, these drones give people the opportunity to capture stunning scenes without needing
something as expensive as a helicopter (COMMA? <not at sure about this one) which most people don't have the money
for.
Paragraph 7:
"Another speaker, Jonathan Gales, from Factory 15 turned his degree in architecture
into an opportunity to create realistic 3D videos and games. The challenge for them
was how to use their backgrounds..." You went from a "him" (Jonathan) and "his", so a "them" and "their". You need to either say who the "them" is, or use "him" and "his".
"...that await us in the world of the constantly evolving digital media."
