In sabre we can only void individually

In sabre we save the TST Individually

1= On the extreme right of sabre, we will get the option of encode/decode to get the codes of all things like airline line and many.

2= On the scribe scripts we can run a script like Amadeus( we use Exr_r for back office)

3= We can not change the office ID in case of purged PNR just like Amadeus.

Option1 = We use PURGED_PNR to create a PNR in case of using MCO and If this command does not work and office ID will change automatically.

Option 2= We can use PNR_Creation to make a PNR in case of MCO if we are not able to use the normal command. In this case we have to change the office ID manually.

In sabre we have to void the ticket Individually

Command to void the ticket- WV (line no. of etkt) for individual pax one by one

We have to enter the command WV twice

Delete the segment- X( segment no.)

To delete the entire segment- XIA

Command to cancel the booking- X(SEGMENT NO.)= X1-2

Command to check forcefully OPEN n tkt status- WTDB*LINE NO.( this command we use only when wetr command is not working to check the ticket status)

There are 2 ways to check MCO on sabre



1st Command to check the MCO value- *HAC( firstly do *t and then *d to check the MCO line and then use this current command)

2nd command to check the MCO value- TST

Command to check the TST- *PQS

Command to open the manual TST- *PQ

Command to open the line number of TST- *PQR(line number)

When we do any manual pricing the TST will get stored under PQ—manual tst stored

Whenever we make any changes by using ATC command the TST will get save under PQR—using ATC command to store TST

WE USE THIS COMMAND WHEN PAX CALLED TO VOID SO WE USE THIS TO DELETE THE INF.- *PAC

Command to delete the information whenever a pax calls- AC( LINE NO.) SIGN OF CHANGE WHICH GETS FROM THE RIGHT BUTTON OF P

4TH DAY
SAE/ATC COMMAND( SABER SAUTOMATIC EXCHANGE)

When customer comes to change the flights then

we will open ticket status by *T now open the ticket status and then

we will check the farerules by using command and if it allows for the changes

We will check the availability and pick the same class or the higher class then

Pick the seats by using command and check the Itinerary by *I and then

Delete the unwanted segment and then check the information then

We will use ATC command for single pax To get the price.- WFRF (Ticket number)laurence sign

We will use ATC command for multiple pax. To get the price- WFRF( TICKET NUMBER)Laurence sign N 1.1

If the customer is not agree with the price then we will put X in the Quit option on the command page

If the customer is okay with the price then Put X on the NEXT option then the new tkt full amount page will appear now put X in the retain section and then enter and we will be able to see the TRANSACTION RETAINED which means TST is stored and then Use command *PQS to check if the tst is saved or not and we will use the command *PQR( line number) To check the new tst and then save this by using B INITIALS AND ER, ER, IR

Now after select next for the changes ,When we run ATC command and while running the script, we have to check the commission. In order to check the commission the command is *.

Now use command WFR* To go back to the last page

In what situations do we redirect the customer to the Airlines

When we are not able to open the ticket Image

In case of bargain fare

If the status of ticket is suspended

He cancelled voluntarily

In case of LCC on voyager



MCO number can not be open either in AMADEUS OR SABRE.



6TH DAY


Command to check the fare for same class of service picked- WP

Command to check the lowest fare value- WPNC

Command to check the lowest fare and rebook and change the class of service- WPNCB

Command to change the class of service- WC1S

Command to save the price- PQ

We will use this command when cci comes to use the credit of purged PNR which was not used Command to check the special price- WFRF(TICKET NUMBER)(LAURENSIGN) 1.1(LAUREN SIGN)PJCB

Step 2: run pnr creation// add manual details n before that pcc switch ( all details on notes.. such as: mco no./old pnr/old itinerary/adcollect)
