It was paired with an emerald-green Hood. Wolverine donned this costume after he took down a member from the Imperial Guard called Fang, and used his clothes. The costume was designed by Dave Cockrum, who also designed the persona of Fang.


The iconic Wolverine costume was the most popular of his costumes. The version that he wore is well-known due to its prominent ears as well as shoulder pads. The outfit is elegant however, it's not as durable as other versions. It's a pity that they had to get rid of the costume so quickly because it was a really good one.


Wolverine put on this dark attire as he traveled through an alternate world where mutants are hunted by Sentinels. He was trying to negotiate the release of a kidnapped child. He used this outfit when he joined Weapon X. Although it wasn't his worst costume however it wasn't the best one.



This was another of Wolverine's more unique costumes as he donned it when he faced his old mentor as well as Weapon X creator Gorgon.
