What to Check After an Elderly Person Falls
Immediately after a fall, it can be easy for you or your loved one to be confused and flustered. It’s important to stay calm and focus on making sure your loved one is safe.
If they are injured, make sure to take them to the doctor immediately. This will ensure that your loved one is safe and not suffering from any hidden injuries.
It’s a good idea to ask them to assess your loved one’s overall health and well-being as this will help them to detect any problems that may have led to the fall. They should also check for any injuries or fractures that they might have suffered in the fall.
