REPORT: Escort Parking
Escort/Cash/Staff/Parking/21/06/2023/ 20:14Hours: at approximately 20:14 hours Security Officer Paramjit was tasked with a Parking escort. At approximately 20:20 S/O Paramjit met with staff member Sahil Patel at the Bethune and escorted him inside the Business Office where 6 bags was deposited into the safe. The escort was complete at approximately 20:25 hours 13515607

10-19/Received/D&D /21-06-2023/23:30: At approximately 23:30hrs on 21-06-2023, Communications Officer Bruce Lambert was notified of a 10-19 transfer to M2 in the Mackenzie building at the Victoria General Hospital from D&D. C/O Bruce Lambert contacted Security Officer Paramjit Singh to allow transfer services into M2 at approximately 23:40hrs. At approximately 23:42hrs remains of CASE Vm23-00394 were placed in M2. DC is present , In effects Medicines is present , no valuables is present, autopsy is present, is not for ME, tissue donation is not present transfer completed with no incidents to report. 13515617

Access Control/Mackenzie, Rehab and Bethune Buildings/22-06-2023/ 01:20hrs: Between the approximate times of 01:20hrs and 02:30hrs on (22-06-2023) Security Officer VIKASH KUMAR found the following doors unlocked or open while on patrol in the Mackenzie, Rehab and Bethune Buildings:
Mackenzie: (No door found)
Bethune: (430, 432, 431, 430, 429, 422, 425, 129, 155 )
Rehab: (140, 142, 155)
All doors were closed as they were found by S/O VIKASH KUMAR. 13515631
REPORT 2: Panic Alarm test
Alarm Response/Panic/Test/ 21-06-2023: At approximately 23:20hrs, Security Officer VIKASH KUMAR proceeded to test the panic alarms for the 5th, 7th, and 8th floors within the Rehab Building.
8th floor - panic alarm tag – Kathy Response came through loud and clear.
7th floor - panic alarm tag – BIB Response came through loud and clear.
5th floor - panic alarm tag – Stephanie Response came through loud and clear.
